BCcomponents (Beyschlag Centralab components), a leading manufacturer of passive electronic components, emerged from Philips Electronics in January 1999. Building upon the tradition of excellence associated with Beyschlag, Philips, and Centralab, BCcomponents carried out, in close cooperation with customers, a continuous process of product innovation and improvement. This tradition of excellence included the development of several products that have become industry standards, such as SMD Mini-MELF resistors (now branded Vishay Beyschlag) and a range of aluminum capacitors with industry-leading temperature tolerances.
